Connie Co-founded Fidelis Senior Home Care in 2010 and serves as Fidelis’ Nurse Advisor. When not performing her official duties, Connie volunteers her nursing services at local churches and enjoys gardening.

Director of Operations
Kristin maintains constant communication with the staff to ensure continuity in the excellent level of care that Fidelis strives to provide to their clients, the care professionals and referral sources. She collaborates with staff to develop and implement new ideas of improving the care of their clients and their care professionals.

Senior Care Manager
Mignon is dedicated to providing the highest level of service and care for Fidelis’ clients and their care professionals. She manages and works along side the team to place the right care professional with the client based on the clients needs and services. Her years of experience equips her with the compassion, understanding and empathy to assist their clients with their specific needs.

Care Coordinator
Shannon brings a strong background in dental care as both a dental assistant and treatment coordinator, where she developed a passion for supporting others and creating positive experiences. As a devoted mother of two, she values family and understands the importance of compassionate, dependable care. Shannon is dedicated to building meaningful connections, putting others first, and ensuring every client feels supported, respected, and cared for

Rachel brings a dynamic blend of clinical experience and marketing expertise to her role in business development. With a background as an emergency department nurse and in preoperative care, she understands the importance of compassionate, timely support for clients and families. She now plays a key role in Fidelis’ marketing and social media efforts, combining her healthcare insight with a passion for connection to share meaningful stories and build lasting relationships within the community.
